A workshop on the DMA (Dynamic Mechanical Analysis) technique for mechanical characterization of polymer films — measurements in tension geometry and analysis of samples in liquid immersion, with a hands-on demonstration on real samples. Organized by Hitachi High-Tech and AstrinexLab; lecturers Daniel Roedolf and Mirna Mandarić, limited to 10 participants.
Our hands-on DMA workshop has showcased the principle of applied excellence laboratory, and first, preliminary scientific results were presented, in cooperation with KTF Split, after only 4 months of research work on HITACHI TA equipment and Micromeritics gas pycnometer AccuPyc III.
