Envelope and T.A.P. density of shaped pieces and compacted powders – without the use of hazardous materials (DryFlo medium)

  • Measures envelope volume/density and, optionally, T.A.P. density (ASTM D8097)
  • DryFlo medium – dry solid beads, free of hazardous substances, non-destructive to the sample
  • Results in as little as ~15 minutes, high repeatability (typically ± 1.1%)
  • Combined with skeletal density (AccuPyc), gives pore volume and porosity of shaped pieces
