Our service engineers attended service training in the United States, organized by Micromeritics part of Malvern Panalytical.
The program covered advanced service procedures, diagnostics, and hands‑on work with the instruments, and offered valuable knowledge that will directly improve the support we provide to laboratories in our region.
Beyond the technical content, the training offered deeper insight into upcoming innovations, hardware improvements, and best practices shared directly by the engineers who design and maintain these systems every day. Connecting with colleagues from different countries and exchanging real‑world service experience was equally valuable.
It was also a great opportunity to strengthen collaboration within the broader Micromeritics / Malvern Panalytical service network and gain a clearer view of the company’s development roadmap.
