TMA7300

A thermomechanical analyzer (TMA) with twice the sensitivity of the previous model, in two temperature versions — TMA7100 and TMA7300.

  • Twice the sensitivity of the previous model (“Z-stabilizer” noise-reduction technology) — RMS noise 0,005 µm, sensitivity 0,01 µm
  • One instrument, multiple measurement modes — expansion, penetration, and tension with just a probe change, with no sample-shape restriction (total expansion method)
  • Besides standard TMA measurements, it also covers creep, stress relaxation, heat shrinkage stress, stress-strain, and DMA measurements via sinusoidal loading
TMA7100

Details

  • Temperature range: -170 to 600°C
  • Sample cylinder: quartz or metal
  • Measurement modes: expansion and penetration (Φ10×L25 mm) and tension (W1×T5×L25 mm)
  • Atmosphere: air, inert gas, vacuum (up to 13 Pa), optional swelling measurement
  • Intended use: a wide temperature range including very low temperatures — polymers, elastomers, thin films, tensile measurements
